Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Prior arrangements may be made for guests arriving after 6:00 pm.

Check-out is 11:00 am.

A one-night deposit on stays of two nights, or 50 percent of the total reservation for longer stays, is required to reserve your room. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. The balance of your reservation is due upon arrival. Rates are subject to a 7% Maine state lodging tax.

All rates assume double occupancy. We will add $20.00 per extra person over the age of 10. Rooms 4 and 6 can not accomodate extra guests. Rates include a full gourmet breakfast and afternoon refreshments. Packed lunches are an extra charge, as are pre-arranged dinners.

As we are a small inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel or change your reservation, please call 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival so your deposit can be refunded. Day of arrival cancellations and early departures will not be refunded.

For the comfort of all guests, the Acacia House is a smoke-free and pet-free establishment.

We offer discounts for COA alumni and travelers who arrive entirely by public transportation.
