Rates are per room based on single or double occupancy and subjected to a 7% sales tax. Rates vary according to dates and accommodations selected. There is a $15.00 additional fee for a 3rd person in any room.

A one-day deposit or more for longer stays is required. Deposits will be refunded (less a $25 handling fee) if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date. For cancellation less then 14 days deposit is refunded if the space is filled for the entire reservation period. Early departures will not be refunded unless we can fill the space.

Directions. To get to The Acacia House Hotel, please take Route 3 from Ellsworth toward Bar Harbor until you come to a stop sign (approximately 18 miles). Turn left on Mt. Desert Street (which is still Route 3) and take your third left onto High Street. We are on the right side at end of high Street.
